Meet Shay Randolph
Shay Randolph is the founder of S.R. Law, PLLC, where she provides dedicated legal representation in the areas of family law, employment law, estate planning, trusts, and administrative law.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Spelman College and began her professional career as an educator.
Shay received her Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law in 2020, where she distinguished herself as an accomplished trial advocate. She served on the Trial Team, and she received multiple awards and honors for excellence in trial advocacy inside the classroom and courtroom. Throughout law school, she further developed her litigation skills through clerkships with the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and the Pulaski County Attorney's Office, and an externship with the Arkansas Court of Appeals, where she externed for the Honorable Waymond M. Brown.
Following law school, Shay dedicated her legal career to public service, serving as an attorney for the State of Arkansas. She has advised state agencies, represented clients in administrative proceedings, and handled complex legal matters involving employment law, environmental law, civil rights law, regulatory compliance, and administrative law.
Shay is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
